功能性动作筛查与学生击剑运动中运动损伤的相关性研究

摘要
本文对功能性动作筛查与学生击剑运动中运动损伤的相关性进行了研究.研究采用文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法开展,结果表明:功能性动作筛查与学生击剑学练中的运动损伤呈显著负相关关系.功能性动作筛查总分越高,学生在击剑学练中出现运动损伤的频次越低.功能性动作筛查能够有效预测学生击剑学练中运动损伤的发生风险.总分的截断点为17分,即功能性动作筛查总分在17分以上时,学生在击剑学练中的损伤风险较低.筛查总分在17分以下时,学生在击剑学练中的损伤风险会大幅增加.
Abstract
A study was conducted on the correlation between functional action screening and sports injuries in fencing among students.The study was conducted using literature review,testing,and mathematical statistics methods,and the results showed a significant negative correlation between functional action screening and sports injuries in fencing practice for students.The higher the total score of functional action screening,the lower the frequency of sports injuries that students experience during fencing practice.Functional action screening can effectively predict the risk of sports injuries in fencing practice for students.The cutoff point for the total score is 17 points,which means that when the total score for functional action screening is above 17 points,students have a lower risk of injury in fencing practice.When the total screening score is below 17 points,the risk of injury for students in fencing practice will significantly increase.
