A Study on Physical Activity and Health Fitness Evaluation and Analysis of Disabled College Students
Evaluate the physical activity and physical fitness levels of disabled college students,and provide effective health promotion strategies.A physical activity level scale was used to investigate the level of physical activity,and three types of disabled college students with hearing impairment,visual impairment,and limb impairment were tested.Research results:There are significant differences in physical fitness between male and female students with disabilities of the same type.The differences between male and female students with hearing impairments are the most significant,while the differences between male and female students with physical disabilities are the least significant.There is a significant difference in BMI index between male and female students with different types of disabilities.Grip strength and lung capacity indicators show significant differences between visually impaired students,hearing-impaired students,and physically disabled students.In the closed eye single leg standing test,there were significant differences between hearing-impaired students,visually impaired students,and physically disabled students.From this,it can be seen that the overall level of physical activity among disabled college students is relatively low,and there are significant differences in their health and physical fitness among different types of disabled college students.Physical disability college students have relatively poor health and physical fitness,while hearing-impaired and visually impaired college students have their own strengths in health and physical fitness.
