Practical Research on the Application of Sports APP in Sports Homework
The article focuses on the impact of the application of sports apps in sports homework on the development of students'physical fitness.The research is mainly based on teaching practice,in which two groups were set up:intervention class and control class,lasting for one semester.During this period,the intervention class used the sports app"Jumping Rope Every Day"to design and implement sports homework,while the control class continued to use the previous arrangement of sports homework.Through the evaluation and comparative testing of the physical fitness of the students in the two classes before and after practice,it was confirmed that after practice,the intervention class's 50 meter run test data,sitting forward bending test data,1-minute jump rope test data,and 1-minute sit up test data were better than those of the control class,and there was a statistical difference between the two classes.The speed,flexibility,agility,physical coordination,and waist and abdominal strength of students in the intervention class have all been significantly developed.Due to practical design and development patterns,there is no significant difference in endurance quality,but the evaluation gap between the two classes is also widening.It is known that the application of sports apps in sports homework practice will have a positive and positive impact on the development of students'physical fitness,and is a feasible means to assist in the design and implementation of sports homework.
