大学生体适能对认知功能的关联性研究——以闽南师范大学为例

有关体育锻炼的心理效益越来越受到研究者的重视,经常进行体育锻炼的人,其体适能成绩也较好。本文为了探究闽南师范大学高、低体适能的学生与认知功能之间的关联,以闽南师范大学50名学生作为实验对象,使用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,并采用斯特鲁普实验工具测量抑制功能。实验结果发现,体适能高的学生辨别认知功能反应皆优于体适能低的学生。根据研究结论,建议学校多组织各种体育活动,紧跟国家的政策以及学校规范,鼓励学生参与体育锻炼,提升学生体适能,促进认知功能的发展。
A Study on the Correlation between Physical Fitness and Cognitive Function among College Students——Take Minnan Normal University as an example
The psychological benefits of physical exercise are receiving increasing attention from researchers,and those who regularly engage in physical exercise also have better physical fitness scores.This study aims to explore the correlation between cognitive function and high and low physical fitness students at Minnan Normal University.The methods used in this study include literature review,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.The Stroop experimental tool was used to measure inhibitory function,with 50 students from Minnan Normal University as the experimental subjects.The experimental results showed that students with high physical fitness had better cognitive function responses than students with low physical fitness.It is recommended to organize various sports activities,closely follow national policies and school norms,encourage students to participate in physical exercise,improve their physical fitness,and promote the development of cognitive function.
