Research on the Correlation and Countermeasures between the Use of Electronic Screens and Physical Health among College Students
It is understood that college students use screen devices frequently,have a good acceptance of new things,and have strong learning abilities.They often participate in online courses for learning.This greatly extends their daily screen time and compresses the time spent on physical exercise.The social,gaming,and movie watching functions of electronic devices have become important entertainment channels for students.For students who already lack physical activity,screen time squeezes exercise time,leading to physical decline,increased obesity rates,malnutrition,and other situations.Therefore,college students should reasonably control their screen time,exercise more to strengthen their physical fitness and functions,to ensure the good and healthy development of their physique,and contribute their strength to the prosperity of the motherland and the growth of the nation.
