大学生体育素养评价指标体系构建研究

目前大学生的体质健康测试、体育课考试等各项测试指标均不尽如人意。在宏观环境下,高校学生的体质健康水平和身体素质的下降应综合考虑,要从锻炼意识、锻炼行为等方面来进行考量与分析。体育素养作为近年来研究中较新的领域,是体育教育与体育促进理论的核心部分。本文从我国高校体育教师在开展学生体质健康教育中存在的问题入手,通过对相关理论进行阐述与总结,结合当前高校学生体育素养现状调查情况,基于德尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法,建立健全大学本科生的体育素养评价指标体系,旨在更有效地提升大学生的身体健康和体育素养,从而在保持强壮体魄的同时,培养他们的终身体育意识。
Research on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for Sports Literacy of College Students
At present,various testing indicators such as physical health tests and physical education exams for college students are not satisfactory.In the macro environment,the decline in physical health and fitness of college students should be comprehensively considered and analyzed from aspects such as exercise awareness and behavior.Sports literacy,as a relatively new field of research in recent years,is the core part of sports education and sports promotion theory.This article starts with the problems that physical education teachers in Chinese universities face in carrying out student physical health education.By elaborating and summarizing relevant theories,combined with the current survey of physical education literacy among university students,and based on research methods such as Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process,a sound evaluation index system for physical education literacy among undergraduate students is established.It's intended to more effectively enhance the physical health and sports literacy of college students,thereby cultivating their lifelong sports awareness while maintaining a strong physique.
