高校武术社团的运行机制与实践路径研究——基于SWOT的分析

摘要
高校社团作为高校体育活动的另一种延伸形式,也是学生进行体育锻炼的重要途径和有效手段.高校武术社团以"课程+社团"模式,将社团活动课程化,是提升学生综合素质以及社团的可持续发展的重要手段和必然要求.本文运用SWOT分析法,对社团的运行机制进行优势、劣势、机会和威胁的分析,以"课程+社团"模式提出提升武术社团的地位,强化课内课外一体化;构建规范制度体系,创新社团管理机制;构建社团评估指标体系,增强课程化可持续发展;以此为武术社团课社融合提供实践理论参考和借鉴.
Abstract
University clubs,as another extension form of university sports activities,are also an important way and effective means for students to engage in physical exercise.The university martial arts clubs adopt a"curriculum+club"model,which converts club activities into curriculum.This is an important means and inevitable requirement to improve the comprehensive quality of students and the sustainable development of clubs.This article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the operation mechanism of martial arts clubs.Through the curriculum+club model,it proposes to enhance the status of martial arts clubs and strengthen the integration of in class and out of class activities.Building a standardized institutional system and innovating the management mechanism of clubs.Building a community evaluation index system to enhance curriculum based sustainable development.This provides practical theoretical reference and inspiration for the integration of martial arts clubs and societies.
