Research on the Formation Mechanism of Difficulties in the Graduation Path of Interdisciplinary Sports Master's Students——Based on the Perspective of Triple Interaction Determinism
With the increasing demand for interdisciplinary talents in society,the group of interdisciplinary sports master's students is constantly growing.However,due to the diversity of knowledge in this group,universities are unable to consider the dual needs of disciplinary culture and physical education characteristics in their training programs,resulting in difficulties for graduates to find a way out.The practical difficulties faced by this group in their graduation path are mainly reflected in the individual factors of insufficient competitive capital,individual behavioral factors of single career choices,and external environmental constraints of the separation of talent cultivation and talent selection.Based on this,the author proposes the following suggestions:expand career development direction and promote the transition from a single development direction to a diversified development direction;cultivate individual awareness of graduation risks and promote the acquisition of individual competitive advantages;innovate the talent training system to meet the needs of talent selection mechanisms.
