A Study on the"Rolling"Internship of Master's Students majoring in Physical Education in Universities in Hubei Province
This article adopts research methods such as literature review and survey to study the internship and practical aspects of the current talent training program for master's degree students in physical education in Hubei Province.It proposes a"rolling"internship model for master's degree students in physical education,aiming to explore more effective paths for their internship.Research has found that:there are differences in the internship hours,content,and assessment requirements for master's students majoring in physical education in universities in Hubei Province.Mainly,graduate supervisors arrange internships independently,which are basically one-time internships;The quantification standards and specific implementation effects of the internship plan are not satisfactory.The internship mainly focuses on teaching and training,and the plan and content of scientific research internships are not fully reflected.Based on this,three main contents and three stages of the"rolling"internship for physical education graduate students are proposed,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this study.
