田径运动员训练过程中的过度疲劳问题及预防对策研究

田径运动员在训练或比赛过程中会产生不同程度的疲劳问题,如果这种疲劳逐渐加重,并且在适当的休息和调整后仍无法缓解,则运动员可能已经出现运动性疲劳.此时需要积极进行处置,找到田径运动员在训练之后身体出现疲劳的原因,并针对不同的原因采取针对性的疲劳恢复方法.因此本文以田径运动员的疲劳原因与恢复方法作为主要的研究内容,对田径运动员疲劳的原因进行了详细的分析,并针对这些原因提出了恢复及预防的相关对策,以期为改善田径运动员的运动性疲劳提供借鉴.
Abstract
Track and field athletes will have different degrees of fatigue during training or competition.If this fatigue gradually increases and cannot be relieved after appropriate rest and adjustment,the athlete may have developed athletic fatigue.At this time,it is necessary to actively deal with it.It is nck and field athletes in detail,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for recovery and prevention.It is expected to provide reference for improving athletic fatigue of track and field athletes.
