体医融合背景下高校健身教练专项学生的专业素养评价指标体系构建

在体医融合背景下,当前高校健身教练专项学生的培养本质上还是偏向于体育技能,运动医学治疗知识和技能比较欠缺。本文以体医融合为框架基础,全面梳理专业素养评价相关研究文献,聚焦高校健身教练专项学生培养与运动医学融合度不强的特点及非医疗健康干预发展需求,结合国内高校健身教练专项学生的人才培养目标,构建了由5个一级指标和21个二级指标构成的高校健身教练专项学生专业素养评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)计算出各层次指标的权重系数,可为健身教练人才培养提供一定的参考和建议。
Construction of a Professional Literacy Evaluation Index System for College Fitness Coach Specialized Students under the Background of Integration of Sports and Medicine
In the context of the integration of sports and medicine,the current cultivation of fitness coaching students in universities is still essentially focused on sports skills,and the knowledge and skills of sports medicine treatment are relatively lacking.This study is based on the framework of integrating sports and medicine,comprehensively reviewing relevant research literature on professional competence evaluation,focusing on the weak integration of college fitness coach special student training and sports medicine,as well as the development needs of non-medical health interventions.Combining with the talent training goals of domestic college fitness coach special students,a professional competence evaluation index system for college fitness coach special students is constructed,consisting of 5 primary indicators and 21 secondary indicators.And using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight coefficients of each level and indicator can provide certain reference and suggestions for the cultivation of fitness coach talents.
