An Empirical Study on the Learning of Motor Skills among College Students from the Perspective of Embodied Cognition
This study adopted a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,selecting college students as experimental subjects.Through comparative experiments,the mastery of sports skills by students under different teaching methods was analyzed.Research has found that applying embodied cognitive strategies to physical education teaching can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of students'motor skill learning.This concept emphasizes promoting cognitive processes through embodied experiences,thereby enhancing the mastery of motor skills.
