With the increasing emphasis on student quality education,physical education teaching has begun to receive widespread attention from all sectors of society.As an extension of traditional rope skipping,figure skipping integrates elements such as music,acrobatics,and dance.Due to its strong comprehensiveness,performance,and entertainment characteristics,it is loved by student groups.At present,many vocational colleges have integrated the sport of figure skipping rope into physical education teaching,but there are still many problems that need to be solved.To enhance the integration effect of figure skipping rope in vocational physical education teaching,it is necessary to clarify its practical teaching significance and explore effective teaching strategies based on this,providing assistance for improving the level of figure skipping rope physical education teaching in vocational colleges in China.
