有限元分析在落地模式及病态足研究中的应用进展

探讨足部在不同落地模式下的力学特征与损伤机制,并对比病态足与健康足的力学差异,为跑步最佳落地模式的指导和足部病理的诊断提供科学依据.基于中外文献,对基于有限元分析的足部建模方法、落地模式研究及足部病理机制研究进行综述.研究发现,足部在不同落地模式下的力学特征差异明显且各有利弊,建议个体根据足踝的健康情况选择落地模式.足有限元模型能够满足个性化且具有复杂性的生物力学特性分析,能够精准模拟健康足与病态足的受力情况,具有良好的开发前景.
Progress in the Application of Finite Element Analysis in Ground Mode and Pathological Foot Research
Explore the mechanical characteristics and injury mechanisms of feet under different landing modes,and compare the mechanical differences between sick feet and healthy feet,providing scientific basis for guiding the optimal landing mode for running and diagnosing foot pathology.Based on domestic and foreign literature,this paper reviews the finite element analysis based foot modeling methods,landing mode research,and foot pathological mechanism research.Research has found that there are significant differences in the mechanical characteristics of feet under different landing modes,each with its own advantages and disadvantages.It is recommended that individuals choose landing modes based on their ankle health.The finite element model of the foot can meet the personalized and complex biomechanical characteristics analysis,accurately simulate the stress situation of healthy and sick feet,and has good development prospects.
