高中体考生低谷期干预策略研究

摘要
本文通过对相关文献的综述和实地调查,发现在高中体育考试中,不少学生在不同方面出现了低谷期,这对于学生的考试表现和心理健康都带来了负面影响.但并不是所有学生都会经历相同程度的低谷期,有些人可以更好地适应并克服低谷期,而有些人则可能面临更大的挑战.因此,本研究通过文献综述和实证研究的方法,分析了体考生低谷期心理干预策略的类型、实施过程及干预效果.结果表明,心理干预策略包括认知重构、情境训练、技能训练、自我反思等多种类型,可以帮助学生在低谷期克服困难,恢复信心,从而提高考试成绩和心理健康水平.
Abstract
Through a review of relevant literature and field investigations,this article finds that many students experience a trough period in different aspects during high school physical education exams,which has a negative impact on their exam performance and mental health.But not all students will experience the same level of trough,some can better adapt and overcome the trough,while others may face greater challenges.Therefore,this study analyzed the types,implementation processes,and intervention effects of psychological intervention strategies for physical education candidates during their low periods through literature review and empirical research methods.The results indicate that psychological intervention strategies include various types such as cognitive reconstruction,situational training,skill training,and self-reflection,which can help students overcome difficulties and restore confidence during low periods,thereby improving exam scores and mental health levels.
