Analysis and Research on Intervention Strategies for High School Physical Education Candidates during the Low Period
Through a review of relevant literature and field investigations,this article finds that many students experience a trough period in different aspects during high school physical education exams,which has a negative impact on their exam performance and mental health.But not all students will experience the same level of trough,some can better adapt and overcome the trough,while others may face greater challenges.Therefore,this study analyzed the types,implementation processes,and intervention effects of psychological intervention strategies for physical education candidates during their low periods through literature review and empirical research methods.The results indicate that psychological intervention strategies include various types such as cognitive reconstruction,situational training,skill training,and self-reflection,which can help students overcome difficulties and restore confidence during low periods,thereby improving exam scores and mental health levels.
