A Study on the Influence of Football Training on the Physical Fitness of College Students
Football,as a highly popular and entertaining sport,has a positive effect on improving the physical fitness of college students.In college physical education teaching,football is an important content.By participating in football,it can enhance the physical fitness of college students and promote their physical and mental health development.This article uses research methods such as literature review,experimental comparison,and mathematical analysis to study the impact of physical fitness on college students.The experimental results show that through football skill training,the physical fitness of college students can be enhanced to a certain extent.Therefore,this study has reference value for university physical education teaching,and can provide reference basis for further promoting the development of campus football.
