摘要
本文通过实地考察法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对江西省兴国中学体育高考训练队经费管理、运动训练项目管理、运动训练人员管理、运动训练场地设施现状和训练现状进行调查与分析.调查结果显示,江西省兴国中学体育高考训练队存在运动训练项目管理不完善、运动训练场地设备不完善、训练方法单一、对运动员的管理方式不严谨、教练员的专业训练知识不足等问题.本文针对以上存在的问题提出了相应的建议,为江西省兴国中学体育高考队运动训练的管理提供一些科学的理论指导.
Abstract
This article mainly adopts research methods such as field investigation,interview,and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the fund management,sports training project management,sports training personnel management,current situation of sports training facilities and training status of the sports college entrance examination training team of Xingguo Middle School in Jiangxi Province.The survey results show that the sports college entrance examination training team of Xingguo Middle School in Jiangxi Province has problems such as incomplete management of sports training projects,incomplete equipment of sports training venues,single training methods,lax management of athletes,and insufficient professional training knowledge of coaches.Provide corresponding suggestions for the above existing problems,and provide some scientific theoretical guidance for the management of sports training for the Xingguo Middle School sports college entrance examination team in Jiangxi Province.
