Design of Exercise Prescriptions to Improve Crossover Syndrome in Middle School Students
This article developed a comprehensive exercise prescription for middle school students, including functional training, strength training, flexibility exercises, and muscle relaxation, through a large sample epidemiological survey,to improve upper cross syndrome. After implementing an 8-week exercise prescription, the experimental subjects showed significant improvements in indicators such as head tilt angle, round shoulder angle, and high and low shoulders. The research results indicate that exercise prescription design can effectively improve the symptoms of upper cross syndrome in middle school students, promote their physical health development, and improve their health level. However, the gap between high and low shoulders that did not reach a significant level in the experiment has narrowed, and training movements and prescription intensity need to be adjusted for individual differences.Future research will optimize exercise prescriptions, explore more forms of exercise, and focus on the physical and mental health of students.
