游泳运动对肥胖青年女性群体健康体适能的影响研究

肥胖不仅是一种独立的疾病,也是多种慢性病的诱因,青少年肥胖率逐年递增问题受到社会的关注.本文运用文献综述法、数理统计法、实验法,对20名青少年肥胖女性进行为期12周的游泳运动干预.结果发现,干预后肥胖青少年女性体重、BMI、腰围、臀围,体脂率、身体脂肪含量、内脏脂肪含量和皮下脂肪含量,心肺适能、柔韧适能均有非常显著的变化(P<0.01);腰臀比、肌肉量和蛋白质量、肌肉耐力均有显著变化(P<0.05).说明实验所采用游泳训练方案可以提高青少年肥胖女性的心肺适能、肌肉耐力和柔韧适能等指标,降低青少年肥胖女性的体脂率、体脂含量和体重等,对改善青少年肥胖女性的身体形态有积极影响.
A Study on the Impact of Swimming on the Health and Physical Fitness of Obese Young Women
Obesity is not only an independent disease,but also the cause of various chronic diseases.The increasing obesity rate among adolescents has attracted social attention.This article uses literature review,mathematical statistics,and experimental methods to conduct a 12 week swimming exercise intervention on 20 obese adolescent women.The results showed that after intervention,there were significant changes in weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat percentage,body fat content,visceral fat content,and subcutaneous fat content,as well as cardiovascular fitness and flexibility fitness in obese adolescent women(P<0.01).There were significant changes in waist to hip ratio,muscle mass and protein mass,and muscle endurance(P<0.05).The swimming training program adopted in the experiment can improve the cardiovascular fitness,muscle endurance,and flexibility fitness of adolescent obese women,reduce their body fat rate,body fat content,and weight,and have a positive impact on improving the body shape of adolescent obese women.
