大量实验研究表明,运动具有改善焦虑、抑郁的作用.球类、操类、瑜伽和力量训练等项目的抗焦虑、抑郁效果良好.运动对焦虑、抑郁的作用可能受锻炼时间、频率和周期的影响.而目前针对体能与技能融合的体育教学对中学生正负情绪的影响的相关研究还不多.基于体能与技能融合的体育教学将对此进行相关研究,以提高体育教学质量,促进学生的身心健康发展,并为学校体育教育提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Numerous experimental studies have shown that exercise has the effect of improving anxiety and depression.The anti-anxiety and depression effects of sports such as ball games,aerobics,yoga,and strength training are good.The effect of exercise on anxiety and depression may be influenced by the duration,frequency,and cycle of exercise.However,there is not much research on the impact of physical education teaching that integrates physical fitness and skills on the positive and negative emotions of middle school students.Based on the integration of physical fitness and skills,this paper conducts relevant research to improve the quality of physical education,promote students'physical and mental health development,and provide useful reference for school physical education.
