Numerous studies have shown that children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)have significant deficits in executive function,which affects their learning,socialization,and quality of life.In recent years,exercise intervention has gradually received attention in the treatment of children with ADHD.Multiple studies have shown that exercise intervention can significantly improve the executive function level of children with ADHD.Given the necessity of improving executive function in children with ADHD,it is particularly important to explore effective and scientific intervention measures.Therefore,this article will focus on studying the impact of exercise intervention on executive function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,aiming to enrich the means of exercise intervention for ADHD children and provide valuable theoretical basis for their physical development and mental health.
