A Study on the Effects of Aerobic Exercise and Interval Training on Reducing Sedentary Behavior
Sitting for a long time has become one of people's daily habits.This article analyzes the current research status of two types of exercise methods that interrupt sedentary behavior through literature search and compares them.Improving sedentary behavior through exercise is crucial for controlling intensity,as exceeding a certain range can actually lead to a decrease in self-control.People who engage in sedentary behavior need to understand their physical condition before engaging in exercise,and undergo evaluation under professional guidance and training under supervision.The article also analyzed that there is no superiority or inferiority between continuous aerobic exercise and interval training in training methods,and reducing the harm of prolonged sitting requires the accumulation of total exercise.
