Research on the Application of Blended Teaching in Public Physical Education Courses in Ordinary Universities——Taking Tai Chi Teaching at East China University of Technology as an Example
This article takes the teaching of Tai Chi public physical education at East China University of Technology as the starting point,and conducts research on the mixed teaching method of public physical education through literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,and experimental methods.The conclusion is drawn that the use of online and offline mixed teaching methods in public physical education classes in ordinary universities can make up for the shortcomings of traditional offline teaching methods in terms of time and space,and improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching.Fully understand the various functions of the platform through teachers and students,explore the ideological and political elements in public physical education classes,untilize diversified feedback mechanisms,timely diagnosis and feedback,and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and other improvement paths,the blended online and offline teaching mode can be optimized.
