摘要

科技的高速发展使得人类正式进入了人工智能时代,人工智能为社会生产效率的提升提供了重要支持,同时也为体育训练提供了新的思路和新的机遇.游泳项目对运动员的技术水平和耐力素养具有很高的要求,人工智能在高校高水平游泳运动员训练中具有巨大潜力.本文从人工智能在高校高水平游泳运动员训练中应用的基本原则入手分析,探究人工智能技术在游泳训练中的具体应用途径,进而通过为期12周的训练实验检测人工智能在高校高水平游泳运动员训练中的应用有效性.研究结果显示,人工智能辅助训练有效促进了游泳运动员的身体素质与专项技术提升,运动员对人工智能辅助训练表现出较高的认可度.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has officially entered the era of artificial intelligence,which provides important support for the improvement of social production efficiency,as well as new ideas and opportunities for sports training.Swimming events have high requirements for the technical level and endurance literacy of athletes,and artificial intelligence has enormous potential in the training of high-level swimmers in universities.This article analyzes the basic principles of the application of artificial intelligence in the training of high-level swimmers in universities,explores the specific application paths of artificial intelligence technology in swimming training,and then tests the effectiveness of the application of artificial intelligence in the training of high-level swimmers in universities through a 12 week training experiment.The results showed that artificial intelligence assisted training effectively promoted the physical fitness and specialized technical improvement of swimmers,and athletes showed high recognition of artificial intelligence assisted training.
