激活后增强效应在不同时间点对游泳蹲踞式出发离台阶段的影响研究

激活后增强效应(Post activation potentiation,简称PAP)是当今热身准备及体能训练的热点话题之一。本文通过下肢85%1RM杠铃深蹲抗阻训练诱导PAP对游泳出发的影响,探索PAP在不同时间点对游泳蹲踞式出发的影响,同时探索游泳运动员赛前激活、热身方式。研究发现,85%1RM杠铃深蹲不同时间点的PAP对游泳蹲踞式出发离台阶段有不同的影响。根据实验数据,85%1RM杠铃深蹲诱导6min后测及9min后测优于3min后测和12min后测。同时发现实验组在85%1RM杠铃深蹲的诱导下,离台阶段垂直力峰值以及后蹬板力峰值较水平力峰值增强对比更为显著。
The Effect of Post Activation Enhancement at Different Time Points on the Off-stage of Swimming Squat Start
Post activation potential,abbreviated as PAP,is one of the hot topics in warm-up preparation and physical training today.This article induces the effect of PAP on swimming start through lower limb 85%1RM barbell squat resistance training,explores the influence of PAP on swimming squat start at different time points,and explores the pre competition activation and warm-up methods of swimmers.Research has found that the PAP of 85%1RM barbell squats at different time points has different effects on the departure stage of swimming squat style departure.According to experimental data,85%1RM barbell squat induction test after 6 minutes and 9 minutes is better than 3 minutes and 12 minutes.Through this study,it was found that under the induction of 85%1RM barbell squats,the peak vertical force and the peak rear pedal force in the off platform stage were more significantly enhanced compared to the peak horizontal force in the experimental group.
