Research on the Application of Sports Biomechanics in Lower Limb Sports Injuries of Long-distance Runners
This study explores the biomechanical application of lower limb sports injuries in long-distance running populations.By collecting and analyzing exercise data of long-distance runners, combined with biomechanical principles,we conducted in-depth research on the movement patterns, strength distribution, and injury risks of the lower limbs during long-distance running.Research has found that the occurrence of lower limb injuries in long-distance runners is related to various biomechanical factors, such as foot landing mode, running speed, and running road surface. These factors play an important role in long-distance running and have a significant impact on the injury risk of athletes.Meanwhile, the study also found that intervention measures such as changing training methods and selecting appropriate sports shoes can effectively reduce the risk of lower limb injuries in long-distance runners.
