A Study on Exercise Intervention Programs for Common Muscle Injuries among the"Sedentary Population"——Taking Lumbar Muscle Strain as an Example
With the development of society, people's production and lifestyle have gradually undergone significant changes, leading to a substantial increase in the"sedentary population"who spend extended hours working in a seated position.Consequently, the issue of lumbar muscle strain in this group has become increasingly severe, generating growing societal impacts. In the past, the understanding of treatment options for lumbar muscle strain was primarily limited to traditional methods such as massage and medication, with insufficient attention paid to minor cases. To address this, the present study employed methods including literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and experiments to develop a set of exercise interventions specifically targeting lumbar muscle strain. The aim is to provide an effective treatment plan for alleviating this condition and promote physical health among the public.
