Research on the Teaching of Internal Twisting and Pulling Techniques in Table Tennis Tables for Physical Education Majors in Universities

摘要
随着乒乓球运动的发展和国际乒联的一系列改革,乒乓球接发球技术不断革新,反手台内拧拉技术成为近年来最具代表性的接发球技术,这也是一项创新的台内进攻技术,广泛应用于众多世界大赛.目前,乒乓球专业运动员对台内拧拉技术的研究已较为全面,而业余乒乓球运动员对拧拉技术研究还较少.因此,本文对湖南科技学院体育学院体育教育专业乒乓球班乒乓球台内拧拉技术教学进行研究,以期加强学生在训练中的实用性、有效性、针对性,更好地促进台内拧拉技术在业余比赛中的实践.
Abstract
With the development of table tennis and a series of reforms by the International Table Tennis Federation,the receiving and serving techniques of table tennis have been continuously innovated.The backhand intra table twisting and pulling technique has become the most representative receiving and serving technique in recent years,and it is also an innovative intra table attacking technique widely used in many world competitions.The research on the internal twisting and pulling techniques of professional table tennis players is relatively comprehensive,while there is still relatively little research on the twisting and pulling techniques of amateur table tennis players.Therefore,this article conducts research on the teaching of table tennis internal twisting and pulling technology for students in the table tennis class of the School of Physical Education of Hunan University of Science and Technology,in order to strengthen the practicality,effectiveness,and pertinence of students in training,and better promote the practice of table tennis internal twisting and pulling technology in amateur competitions.
