高强度间歇训练对高中男生运动表现的影响研究

本文旨在通过研究高强度间歇训练(HIIT)对高一年级男生运动表现的影响,探究HIIT对改善学生体质健康的作用。以深圳市龙岗区某中学2022级A班、B班男生为研究对象,其中A班男生为对照组,B班男生为实验组。实验组进行8周HIIT干预,对照组进行常规体育教学训练。在经过8周的运动干预后,实验组与对照组的肺活量水平、1000米跑成绩、50米跑成绩与干预前相比均有显著提升;且实验组干预后肺活量水平、50米跑成绩显著优于对照组。两组1000米跑后测水平没有显著性差异。研究发现,HIIT与中等强度持续训练相比能够更好地提高学生速度耐力与下肢力量爆发能力,能够更好地促进学生体质健康。
A Study on the Influence of High Intensity Intermittent Training on the Performance of High School Boys
This article aims to investigate the effect of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)on the sport performance of boys in the first grade of high school,and explore the role of HIIT in improving the physical health of students.The study focuses on male students from Class A and Class B of a high school in Longgang District,Shenzhen,with Class A as the control group and Class B as the experimental group.The experimental group received 8 weeks of HIIT intervention,while the control group received routine physical education training.After 8 weeks of exercise intervention,the lung capacity level,1000m and 50m running scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared to before intervention;And the lung capacity level and 50 meter running performance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.There was no significant difference in post test levels between the two groups of 1000 meter runners.Research has found that HIIT can better improve students'speed endurance and lower limb strength explosive ability compared to moderate intensity continuous training,and can better promote their physical health.
