A Study on the Impact of Different Relaxation Methods on the Rehabilitation of Shoulder Joint Injuries among College Students
The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the effects of three different relaxation methods-PNF stretching, massage combined with warm compress, and foam shaft rolling on the treatment of shoulder injury in college students.A total of 60 college students with mild to moderate shoulder joint injuries were recruited for the experiment and randomly divided into three groups, with 20 people in each group. The comparison of data before and after treatment showed that all treatment methods significantly improved the symptoms of the shoulder joint.Among them, the PNF stretching group showed the most significant improvement in pain level, joint range of motion, and functional status, with statistically significant differences compared to the other two groups.PNF stretching is particularly effective as a rehabilitation method in treating shoulder joint injuries, and it is recommended to be widely used in the rehabilitation treatment of college students to optimize the recovery process and improve treatment effectiveness.Meanwhile, combine different relaxation methods to meet individual differences and specific needs.
