The Influence of Different Training Methods on the Speed and Explosive Power of Basketball Players
In basketball,the importance of speed and explosiveness cannot be ignored.Speed is the key ability for basketball players to quickly move,complete offensive and defensive transitions in a game,while explosive power is the ability for athletes to exert maximum strength in a short period of time,which is crucial for jump shots,breakthrough defense,and other movements.This study aims to explore the effects of different training methods on the speed and explosive power of basketball players,providing scientific training guidance for coaches and athletes to optimize the performance of basketball players on the field.
