摘要
本研究旨在探讨运动疗法在骨科康复中的应用及其临床价值.采用对照试验法,观察组接受基于运动疗法的康复方案,对照组接受临床常规康复方案,对比两组患者的功能恢复指标、疼痛缓解指标和生活质量提高指标.研究发现,观察组患者的各项指标情况均优于对照组,且差异具有显著性(P＜0.001).该研究证实了运动疗法在骨科康复中的显著优势,为骨科康复领域提供了新的治疗思路和手段.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the application and clinical value of exercise therapy in orthopedic rehabilitation.Through a controlled trial method,the observation group received a rehabilitation plan based on exercise therapy,while the control group received a clinical routine rehabilitation plan.Compare the functional recovery indicators,pain relief indicators,and quality of life improvement indicators between two groups of patients.The study found that the various indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.001).This study confirms the significant advantages of exercise therapy in orthopedic rehabilitation,providing new treatment ideas and means for the field of orthopedic rehabilitation.
