运动干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响研究

摘要
为分析运动干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响,本文以2024年3月到6月某三甲医院85名血液透析患者为研究对象,记录干预前后研究对象的数据并展开研究.研究结果显示,一般资料信息中仅合并症个数有显著差别(P＜0.05);干预后患者的体力活动有显著变化(P＜0.01);干预后患者的生活质量具有明显变化(P＜0.01),通过对患者进行运动干预,患者的体力活动、生活质量有显著提升,对维持性血液透析患者的治疗有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
To analyze the impact of exercise intervention on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients,this study focuses on 85 hemodialysis patients in a tertiary hospital from March to June 2024.Record the data of the study subjects before and after the intervention,and the research results show that only the number of comorbidities in the general information has a significant difference(P<0.05);After intervention,there was a significant change in the patient's physical activity(P<0.01).After intervention,the quality of life of patients showed significant changes(P<0.01).Through exercise intervention,the physical activity and quality of life of patients were significantly improved,which has certain reference value for the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
