The Influence of Exercise Prescription on Self-efficacy of Obese College Students
Self-efficacy is an important mediator of mental health.By analyzing the differences in self-efficacy and BMI values of overweight college students before and after the experiment,this study aims to explore the influence of exercise prescription training on self-efficacy of obese college students,and provide theoretical basis for guiding students to scientifically reduce fat and improve their psychological state.This study selected 69 obese college students from Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics in 2022,and conducted a questionnaire survey on their self-efficacy.After 14 weeks of course experiments,69 participants significantly improved their self-efficacy(P<0.05).Among them,the kinematic data of men's mid to long distance running was significantly better than before the experiment(P<0.05),and other kinematic indicators improved except for women's standing long jump.
