摘要
小学体育课程渗透心理健康教育,旨在通过体育活动促进学生身心健康发展.然而,实践中存在教师理念不清、教学手段不足等问题.为此,可采取多种措施,如加强教师培训,丰富教学资源,设计富有挑战性的体育活动,建立心理健康评估与辅导机制,以提升心理健康教育的效果,实现学生身心健康全面提升,塑造积极向上的心态和情感管理能力.
Abstract
The infiltration of mental health education into primary school physical education curriculum aims to promote the physical and mental health development of students through sports activities.However,in practice,there are problems such as unclear teacher concepts and insufficient teaching methods.To this end,various measures can be taken,such as strengthening teacher training,enriching teaching resources,designing challenging physical activities,and establishing mental health assessment and counseling mechanism,to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education.In the future,it is expected to achieve comprehensive improvement in the physical and mental health of students,and to shape a positive attitude and emotional management ability.
