Practice Research on the Intergration of Physical Education and Health Education in the New Era——Taking Guangzhou Huali College as an example
This article aims to explore the practice and theory of integrating sports and health education in the context of the new era,using Guangzhou Huali University as an example for in-depth analysis.In the study,a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the integration of sports and health education through case analysis,data collection,and empirical research.The results indicate that the integration of sports and health education has significantly improved the physical fitness,sports skills,and health knowledge level of students,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the integration of sports and health education.In the article,strategies and suggestions such as innovative curriculum design and strengthening teacher training are proposed to further promote the deep integration of sports and health education,respond to the concept of comprehensive development of education in the new era and the"Healthy China"strategy.It is also expected to provide theoretical suggestions and practical guidance for the implementation of sports courses and health education in private universities.
