Analysis of the Correlation between Physical Exercise Behavior and Health Literacy among Junior High School Students in Guangzhou
This article aims to explore the correlation between physical exercise behavior and health literacy among middle school students in Guangzhou.A sampling survey method was used, with a total of 163 middle school students aged 12 to 15 participating in the study.Collect data through online questionnaire surveys and analyze the data using descriptive statistical methods and subsequent analysis. The research results show that there is a certain correlation between physical exercise behavior and health literacy, especially in terms of BMI and smoking behavior.Students with normal BMI and non-smoking habits tend to have higher health literacy skills. However, other variables, such as regular health checks and frequency of physical activity, did not show a significant relationship with health literacy. This indicates that good health literacy can encourage individuals to make correct health-related decisions and reduce the occurrence of unhealthy behaviors.
