Research on the Path of High Quality Training of Orienteering Sports Talents in Universities——Taking Sichuan Institute of Industrial Technology as an example
This article uses research methods such as literature review,field investigation,and mathematical statistics to study the problems and paths of high-quality cultivation of directional sports talents at Sichuan University of Industry and Technology.It is found that there are insufficient policy and regulatory support,limitations in traditional thinking,outdated training plans for directional sports talents,and the curriculum is not reasonable in universities.In response to the above problems,specific paths such as increasing the exposure rate of directional sports through multiple channels,adjusting training goals and plans to keep up with market demand,and jointly cultivating directional sports talents through multiple platforms are proposed.The aim is to provide more reference basis for universities to formulate training plans for directional sports talents,promote the marketization and standardization of directional sports.
