高校游泳运动员身体功能训练的实验研究——以华南理工大学游泳队为例

在传统高校游泳训练课程中,动作的设计围绕单项训练展开,侧重于提高肌肉的绝对力量、速度力量、耐力力量。追求训练的负荷、训练量,忽视了运动员的基本动作模式、功能性力量、体能康复。运动员普遍存在动作模式不规范、功能性力量差、伤病问题,影响了运动能力及专项成绩的提高。FMS(功能性动作筛查)测试能准确发现运动员身体功能薄弱环节,为体能和专项训练提供参考,解决训练中存在不平衡性和动作局限等问题。在华南理工大学游泳队员中采用身体功能性训练方案,结果显示,队员的动作稳定和静态平衡能力有显著改善。身体功能训练在游泳训练中实际应用效果显著,可在高水平游泳教学中推广应用,能有效提高运动员的游泳专项技术水平,从而在比赛中取得好成绩。
Experimental Study on Physical Function Training of College Swimmers——Taking Swimming Team of South China University of Technology as an Example
In traditional university swimming training courses,the design of movements revolves around individual training,focusing on improving the absolute strength,speed strength,and endurance strength of muscles.The pursuit of training load and quantity neglects the basic movement patterns,functional strength,and physical recovery of athletes.Athletes generally have non-standard movement patterns,poor functional strength,and injury problems,which affect the improvement of sports ability and specialized performance.FMS(Functional Movement Screening)test can accurately find the weak links of athletes'physical functions,provide reference for physical fitness and special training,and solve the problems of imbalance and movement limitations in training.The physical functional training scheme was applied to the swimmers of South China University of Technology.The results showed that the stability of the swimmers and the ability of static balance were significantly improved.The practical application of physical function training in swimming training is remarkable,and it can be popularized and applied in high-level swimming teaching,which can effectively improve the useful specialized technical level of athletes and achieve good results in competitions.
