A Study on the Advantages of CrossFit Training in Improving the Physical Health of College Students
Based on the characteristics of CrossFit training and the main problems in the physical health of Chinese college students,this paper analyzes and studies the advantages of CrossFit training in improving the physical health of college students.The emerging CrossFit training methods are taken as a new form of improving the physical fitness of college students,and suggestions are proposed for this training method to improve the sustainable development of college students'physical health,in order to solve the practical problems in the physical health of Chinese college students.
