本文旨在探讨高校排球教学中团队协作能力的培养策略.通过文献综述,梳理了国内外关于排球教学中团队协作能力培养的研究现状,分析了其重要性和紧迫性;明确排球运动中的团队协作能力概念、内涵、功能与价值,并探讨了其理论基础与原则;通过现状调查,分析了当前高校排球教学中的成效与不足;提出了构建以团队协作为核心的教学体系、加强师资队伍建设、丰富教学手段、完善评价体系为主要内容的高校排球教学中团队协作能力的培养策略,对我国高校的排球教学具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the cultivation strategies of teamwork ability in volleyball teaching in universities.Through literature review,the current research status of team collaboration ability cultivation in volleyball teaching at home and abroad was sorted out,and its importance and urgency were analyzed;Clarify the concept,connotation,function,and value of teamwork ability in volleyball,and explore its theoretical basis and principles;Through a survey of the current situation,the effectiveness and shortcomings of volleyball teaching in universities were analyzed;A strategy for cultivating team collaboration ability in volleyball teaching in universities has been proposed,which focuses on building a teaching system with team collaboration as the core,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,enriching teaching methods,and improving evaluation systems.This has certain reference significance for volleyball teaching in Chinese universities.
