摘要

由于人们在日常生活中的不良习惯,导致久坐行为成为威胁大众身心健康的重要问题.本文通过文献分析法阐述久坐行为对心理健康的影响,旨在填补研究空白,并提出通过有效的运动来干预久坐产生的各种心理问题.研究结果显示:久坐导致老年群体认知水平下降,主要是由于其机理的病因多见于老年群体;久坐伴随着屏幕使用时间加长是认知水平下降的主要原因;久坐带来的身体健康问题是引起抑郁情绪的重要原因;需依据不同类型心理问题选择不同运动项目对久坐行为进行干预治疗.

Abstract

Due to people's unhealthy habits in daily life,sedentary behavior has become an important threat to the physical and mental health of the general public.This article elaborates on the impact of sedentary behavior on mental health through literature analysis,aiming to fill the research gap and propose the intervention of various psychological problems caused by sedentary behavior through effective exercise.Based on this,it is concluded that the main reason for the decline in cognitive level of the elderly population caused by sedentary behavior is that its mechanism is more common in the elderly population.The main reason for the decline in cognitive level is prolonged sitting accompanied by longer screen usage time.The physical health problems caused by prolonged sitting are an important cause of depression.Choose different sports to intervene and treat sedentary behavior based on different types of psychological problems.
