广州市高职院校体育项目激励机制研究

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对广州市17所非体育类的高职院校进行了调查分析,从教师和学生两个层面着手,教师主要是从教学、科研、竞赛训练、职称晋升、人文关怀五个方面进行研究,发现各个学校对于体育教师的激励机制不一,但是大部分学校对于体育教师的激励力度不够;学生方面主要从训练竞赛、体质健康测试、荣誉、升学四个方面来研究,大部分学校对于学生的激励力度较小,没有健全的激励机制体系,无法最大限度地提升学生对于体育运动的积极性。希望本调查能够对广州市高职院校乃至广东省高职院校体育项目的激励机制带来积极的影响。
Research on incentive mechanism of sports project in Guangzhou higher vocational colleges
Through the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,expert interview and other research methods,17 non-sports higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou were investigated and analyzed,starting from the two levels of teachers and students.Teachers mainly studied from five aspects:teaching,scientific research,competition training,professional title promotion and humanistic care.It is found that all schools have different incentive mechanisms for PE teachers,but most schools have insufficient incentive for PE teachers.Students are mainly studied from four aspects:training and competition,physical health test,honor and admission.Most schools have little incentive for students,and there is no sound incentive mechanism system,which can not maximize the enthusiasm of students for sports.It is hoped that this investigation can bring positive influence to the incentive mechanism of sports in Guangzhou higher vocational colleges and even Guangdong higher vocational colleges.
