体教融合理念指导下日照市体校建设模式研究

摘要
为促进日照市体校体教融合的发展,提供全新的体校建设参考,本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地调查法开展了研究.研究发现,日照市东港实验学校体校部学生整体人数男女比例均衡,符合新时代体教交融发展要求,教学管理主要采用"三集中、四统一"模式.研究发现,体校部学生对文化课教学认知水平有待提高;学校在课程设置方面缺少主导性,教学目标和计划有待改进;学校教师和体校教练员数量充足,但教师评价考核存在不足;课余训练成果优势明显,参加的项目能够在全省名列前茅.
Abstract
In order to promote the integration of sports and education in sports schools in Rizhao City and provide a new reference for the construction of sports schools,this article conducted research using literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and field investigations.The study found that the overall number of male and female students in the Physical Education Department of Donggang Experimental School in Rizhao City is balanced,which meets the requirements of the development of sports and education integration in the new era.The teaching management mainly adopts the"three centralized,four unified"model.Research has found that students in sports schools need to improve their cognitive level of cultural course teaching;The school lacks leadership in curriculum design,and teaching objectives and plans need to be improved;The number of school teachers and sports school coaches is sufficient,but there are shortcomings in teacher evaluation and assessment;The advantage of extracurricular training results is obvious,and the projects participated in can rank among the top in the province.
