Experimental Study on the Physiological Effects of Tai Chi Exercise on Menopausal Women
This study aims to explore the promoting effect of Tai Chi on the physiological health of menopausal women.A case study method was used to observe four women who experienced menopause for a period of six months.Evaluate the impact of Tai Chi by monitoring changes in blood biochemical values(estradiol and progesterone),conducting personal interviews, recording daily exercises, and observing the researcher's actual observations. The results indicate that long-term regular practice of Tai Chi can significantly enhance cardiovascular function, improve immune function, increase bone density, and have a positive effect on improving lower limb strength and balance. In addition, practicing Tai Chi also has a promoting effect on the secretion of sex hormones, effectively improving participants'physical discomfort symptoms and enhancing their quality of life. This study confirms that Tai Chi,as a low-intensity and multi beneficial form of exercise, has a positive impact on alleviating physiological symptoms in menopausal women and can be recommended as an effective health intervention for this population.
