中学体育特长生与文化课学生心理健康状况的比较研究

中学生是未来参与国家建设的主要力量,他们的身心健康问题应受到广泛关注。中学体育特长生在日常学习、生活和升学等方面与文化课学生有明显的不同。本研究以石家庄市主城区4所中学的体育特长生、普通班学生和重点班学生为研究对象,采用MHT量表探讨他们心理健康状况的差异,以期为学校有针对性地实施教育教学方案提供参考。研究结果表明,中学体育特长生、普通班学生和重点班学生MHT全量表总分均在65分以下,心理健康状况总体情况较好。但是,MHT量表各分项中,体育特长生在自责倾向、过敏倾向、对人焦虑、冲动倾向等方面出现的问题比重点班学生更加显著,而其学习焦虑人数低于普通班和重点班学生。
Comparative Study on the Psychological Health Status of Middle School Physical Education Majors and Cultural Course Students
Middle school students are the main force participating in the future national construction,and their physical and mental health issues should be given great attention.Middle school students with sports talents have significant differences in daily learning,life,and academic advancement compared to students in cultural courses.This study focuses on sports talents,regular class students,and key class students from four middle schools in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang City.The MHT scale is used to explore the differences in their psychological health status,in order to provide reference for schools to implement targeted educational and teaching plans.The research results indicate that the total score of the MHT full scale for high school sports talents,ordinary class students,and key class students is below 65 points,and their overall mental health status is good.However,among the sub items of the MHT scale,students with sports talents have more significant problems in self blame tendency,allergy tendency,interpersonal anxiety,impulsivity tendency,etc.than students in the key class,while the number of students with learning anxiety is lower than that of students in the ordinary class and key class.
