Analysis of the Psychological Health Effects of Integrating Hip-hop into College Physical Education Courses——Taking Guangzhou Huali College as an example
The article aims to comprehensively and deeply explore the hip-hop of street dance and its potential effects on students'mental health when integrated into college physical education courses.Through the comprehensive use of questionnaire surveys,field observations,and carefully designed experiments,this article systematically analyzes the positive impact of hip-hop on students'mental health in multiple dimensions.The research results show that the effective integration of street dance and hip-hop not only greatly enriches the content system of college physical education courses,making them more diversified and modernized,but also significantly promotes the psychological health development of students and enhances their overall psychological quality.This study provides a new theoretical perspective and practical reference for the reform and innovation of physical education courses in universities.
