Research on the Inclusive Effect of Zero Point Sports Exercise——Comparison of longitudinal data based on students with weak physical health
Zero Point Sports is a physical activity that students engage in before cultural classes every day.This study uses literature review,interview,observation,and experimental methods,this study focuses on physically disadvantaged students in the fourth grade of primary school(referring to students who have low scores in various aspects of the national physical fitness and health test).Based on the concept of inclusive education,Zero Point Sports is implemented for physically disadvantaged students for experimental research.The results show that Zero Point Sports has increased the exercise time for physically disadvantaged students and improved their physical health level.The self-management awareness of physically disadvantaged students has been enhanced,and they have developed good health behaviors.Their communication skills with parents and peers have been strengthened,and their willpower has been further improved,laying a solid foundation for lifelong physical education.
