Research on the Application of Lower Limb Muscle Force in Basketball One-handed Shoulder Passing Technique
In basketball games, one handed shoulder pass technique is a commonly used offensive technique. In competitions,it is common for athletes to have sufficient upper body strength but fail to achieve the expected effect when passing the ball on their shoulder with one hand. This indicates that the involvement of lower limb muscles is crucial in the technique of passing the ball on one hand shoulder. This study selected surface electromyography(sEMG)acquisition technology to measure the electromyographic data of the main muscles that exert force in the lower limbs during athletes'one handed shoulder pass movements.By studying the sequence of muscle force discharge, integrated electromyographic values, root mean square amplitude values, etc.,theoretical basis is provided to improve the accuracy of athletes'one handed shoulder pass movements, and scientific and reasonable guidance is provided for coaches in the teaching of one handed shoulder pass techniques.
