Research on the Effect of Integrated Neuromuscular Training on Students'Basketball Performance
In order to enrich the teaching methods of basketball specialized courses and optimize the teaching quality, this article adopts literature review method, teaching experiment method, and mathematical statistics method to study the influence of Integrative Neuromuscular training(INT)on students'basketball performance. This study selected students from the basketball special class at Pudong Foreign Language School Affiliated to Shanghai International Studies University as research subjects, and divided two classes with the same basketball foundation into an experimental group and a control group. After a semester of teaching experiments, the experimental class showed a significant improvement in test scores in single handed shooting during walking, dribbling 3/4 court sprint running, and 1-minute self-throwing and self-grabbing,with significant differences compared to the control class. From this,it can be seen that the application of integrated muscle training in basketball specialized courses has significant advantages over conventional physical training in improving students'basketball performance.
